About the museum

Come experience the history of Kénogami, formerly the Queen City of Paper. A journey on which you will discover the beginnings and the development of the company town founded by Sir William Price. The Sir-William-Price Heritage Center promotes the historical, architectural and industrial heritage of  Jonquière borough (City of Saguenay). 

The Musée du patrimoine d’Arvida: a museum rooted in its community, a window onto the world.

The Musée du patrimoine d’Arvida (MPA), originally established in 2018 as the Centre d’histoire Arvida (CHA), is dedicated to documenting, preserving, showcasing, and sharing Arvida’s heritage. Its mission also includes raising awareness of the international significance of the city’s planning and development, as well as fostering public engagement with and recognition of this heritage.
