About the museum

To preserve, study, showcase, and promote the historical, documentary, and ethnological heritage of the Sherbrooke region; in doing so, to foster interest and a sense of belonging among the residents of Sherbrooke for their city and its history, and to help make Sherbrooke a recognized tourist destination.

A permanent exhibition and three to four temporary exhibitions per year; VIP guided tours; workshops and meet-and-greets at residential facilities or long-term care centers; school and group visits (by reservation); archival services (consultation, research); professional services (historical research, museum consultation); on-site gift shop.
