Built between 1831 and 1840, the Au-Pied-du-Courant prison is one of the oldest preserved neoclassical buildings in Montreal. Discover a piece of history that’s embedded in the collective history  of Quebec and let yourself be carried away by the Patriotes’ spirit of  liberty and democracy.
