Located in the heart of the Appalachians, the Mineralogical and Mining Museum presents the history and the geology of the Appalachians. In addition, the Historic Center of King | KB3 mine enhances the mining of an entire region. Science, art, culture and heritage meet at the Mineralogical and Mining Museum and the King's Historic Center | KB3 by paying tribute to the builders of a region once mining.
