Musée régional de Kamouraska

Presentation

In the heart of the village, the convent built in 1851 is home to the Musée régional de Kamouraska. With costumed guides by your side, explore three floors of history and learn about the traditional ways of life of fishermen, farmers, teachers – and of course, their pupils. Did you know that Kamouraska was one of the first resorts in North America? The permanent exhibit focuses on the era when the bourgeoisie came here to take the waters.
