Presentation

The Village québécois d'antan was created in order to recreate a Québécois village and its surroundings, over a century-long period (19th to 20th century) and showcase everything that made up this heritage (habits and customs, trades, professions, folklore, clothing, means of transportation, methods of cultivation, food, etc.). The Village is a must-see historic site in the tourist and cultural landscape of Québec.
