Capacity Measurement Unit (Identification)

Definition:

  • This field contains the unit used for measuring the action of the object.

Observations:

  1. The unit may be for measuring power, voltage, pressure, extension, electrical charge, volume, etc.
    Example

    A scale that can measure the mass of objects under 1000 kilograms

  2. For better search results in your database, avoid using a large variety of terms; draw up an authority list and add symbols for units of measurement as necessary.

Entry rules:

  1. Use the official symbols of the international system for measuring capacity.
    Example

    A compressor with a maximum capacity of 5000 kilopascals.
